Pierryl Feral is a seasoned Food Safety and Quality professional with extensive experience across technical, sales, and production leadership. Pierryl has been exposed to multiple operations and products (confectionery, ready-meals, fresh produce, soft drinks, ice-cream, beer). Now operating as a freelance food safety consultant based in London (but working UK-wide and abroad), Pierryl helps food manufacturers and catering providers build robust food safety management systems, achieve certifications, and maintain regulatory compliance. Pierryl combines deep expertise in food safety systems—leading HACCP teams, developing and evolving QMS, and navigating audit requirements—with strong operational delivery skills, including site technical leadership, new-product sign-off, and service providers and contract management. Pierryl has a deep knowledge of the UK and EU food regulations, and is also a native French speaker.
